I seem to not see the world
as others do
'I Am For The Way Of Peace'
and the notion that we
should let truth do what
God tells it to
I leave man's justice up to
the laws of each individual land
they are not perfect but
nor are vigilantes the way
to correct a wrong or
to righteously reprimand
its not wrong to be enraged
and wish to defend God
but its wrong to take action
where others who spewed
their venom with but
the ink of their pens
to be tortured and
or furiously murdered
at the hands of supposed
angry God loving men
God would not want anyone to
kill in the name of him
or for him
anyone who believes God wants
them to kill for him to defend his honor
they miss out on the truest
benchmarks of all God's teachings
LOVE ONE ANOTHER
AND DO GOOD FOR YOUR FELLOW
MAN
certainly we are allowed to disagree with
what others do when it undermines
or offends and humiliates a whole block
of peoples strewn across many a countless
land
but leave the final judgment in God's
all knowing and all healing hands
to decide
and pray for the enlightenment of those
spouting hate and mass genocide
as you look inwardly to your own loving soul
where all peace upon the earth
hails from to sit and reside
contemplate this
long ago I once read
for a person to kill
or even seriously plan the act of killing
itself
they have to have wandered so very far
from their very own soul
into a darkness they can not fathom even yet
because such an act is incomprehensible
to the very fiber of our true inner beings
we come from love
we live to better learn
and love
we are love
there for we return to love
anger
envy
fear
greed
hate
rage
shame
all of these are mere impediments of man
solely self made
there for
be always
what you truly are
light
a lantern of sorts
for others
who know not how to walk
out of the darkness
by themselves......................
