even in the darkest dark
note that
my smile caresses you
no distance
could ever be too great
for my heart not to receive yours
the world is our Eden
and yet
our love is not of this place
I am longing herself
without the frantic
heart pounding chase
in your net I am eternally trapped
sweet heart thief that you are
how can I fight you when I'm
unable to fight even myself
on this very subject
I win even if I fail at raising the bar
for you are the light that shines in the dark
I've experienced your unique beauty
somewhere before
I can not go back to the gray
my life knows it has to bask
here ever more
in your particular sensitive light
for my deepest self
I know
there can be no other way...............
