CRUMBS OF WISDOM

Folder:
JOURNAL #33

essential corrections

don't scare easily

your run of the mill

isolationist

quiet strength

bores all the marks

of a violinist with

bleeding fingers

imagine such beauty

being plucked

from so much pain

a provocative jungle

with so few real trees

what is that

but mere

uses of enchantment

beaten down

by some too harsh

morning light

spilling across

some desolate hamlet

denouncing

such existence

of calm life

as too much sculpture

and works on paper

after all

literature is but

history

brought back to life

so for the moment

to live again

for the latest batch

of those

trying to learn from it.............
