allowest me but a fraction of leisure
for that of constant threadbare
companions my muse
an abrupt retirement of subtlety would
somehow seem grossly most strange
but a private council with thy own altered
sense of reasoning is a decided certainty that
could easily enough come to be arranged
seeing as the audience of my carefully clad
creations
will not stand for any superfluous ruse
so now the shoes must indeed come off
I'll walk on ahead barefoot from here thank you
and with no further adornment
but bare in mind that even imperfection has its
pride
alas, well I think you finally get my point
which to put most simply is
not everyone in this world chooses to take the
obvious winner's side
and least of all do I.......................
