I trust in all wealth that inhabits the mind
though some would make a quick comment that
my intentions are not always so very kind
most weary would be the adviser who dares
challenge me to a fate of 'depth decay'
as when one reaches so far in one's self
for such a long period of time one can not
adequately measure all else that got away
so there in lays an enormous debt
a yet known trade off for what the desperate
searcher so soulfully seeks
an unfortunate fear yet trespassed upon
a grainy mirage of unsorted out guess
or a bartered plateau that rests
between all of life's valleys and subsequent
peaks
and to this trite yet not so obvious state
one finds there can be a relatively painless
end
just allow the heart in long enough to grieve
for the unknown elses that we've lost
and the beautous soul will further fill with
'The Living Love' and all its accompanying grace
to the point of becoming victorious in its
glorious win
for the truest spirit knows
no such word as defeat................
