a bleak fascination with death

my hawkish features pinch in revolt

a somewhat Gothic self portrait

the fierce poet in me might surmise

yet this chilling description is rather

accurate

indeed

I am riddled with such hellish remorse

gutted from mind to heart's breast

twisted morbid self

spare me any further insight!.............
