THE NECESSARY FALL FROM THE FATHER

Folder:
JOURNAL#17

among the darkest walls marking hell

I bet you never before knew

that others' proverbial good intentions

laid the bricks walked upon now by me

and you

others' 'tis true though its hard to tell

traveled as well

down this very path

much too blithely before us

only they never got the opportunity to

turn back

hark now, if you listen close enough

you can almost hear their agony's chorus

Atheists must have it so bad

believing so stupidly that this life is it

Christians though at the other lighter end

are wisdom of bright space

if you run the very word Christian carefully

enough together

then separate it gently

it reads almost clearly

Christs Children

when life feels unbearably heavy

never let thy Father down

by merely holding onto him

through belief

and thy Father like any good father will

never let you fall

for only True Faith

walks all souls safely

no matter how wounded

through their grief.................
