there are uninformed individuals

who would have you believe

that you are not my love

but do not heed their truth empty words

as they know not just what it is that they

all too freely speak of

a complex yet unique structure

this frightful contract

which we lavishly label as a marriage

perhaps so to better survive

from the image of June Cleaver

I should tear a page (or two)

so to modernize as I revise

as the prerequisite for happy endings

is so difficult to competently

nationalize

never ending growth is an accomplishment

affordable to only those who strive to be

conclusively aware...................
