the wise are the rapid few

who learn to respect society

for she is quite capable of wreaking due

havoc on just about anything

the follow up, though not so very clear has

diverse consequences of its own that it too

likes to bring

not all good deeds go unmerited

and the same works just as well for the other

more prolific side

for to error is quite unapologetically inherent

so perfect agreement need not be fully applied

the coin in this matter though rather tarnished

still continues to keep its value quite easily

and well within the confines of the pages of

the law

though often man quite ignorantly pits himself

against his fellow man

not all witnesses to the particular crime ignore

whatever it is that they think they saw

which decides that no for gone conclusion

holds the power one would likely attach to its

usually narrowed meaning

still, we profit from the fear others indeed

like to apply to the entire batch

so even in a state of mindful yet imperfect

scheming

society's gate we find is locked by the use of

a broken old latch
