God's incredible Son Light

must be

like so very loving

more so loving than any other

light or love

that the human heart

could even hope to imagine

so see the coming of death

itself

as not a fearful void of

the unknown

but a truly trusting final step

into the open arms of God

through a most beloved tender

doorway

leading one's purest essence

into the magnificent kingdom of

all kingdoms

where love itself beyond compare

resides

ever lasting is such spirited root

in all of mankind

never dying

always there

eventually

though unbeknownst to most

we are the ones who take each other

there

our actions and our deeds

are our guilded wings

flight

either which way

is imminent

so never ever fear

for we are never alone

its our love that lifts us up

and faith

love's right hand

gives us license to look upon

God

just as he looks upon us

he chooses to do so

through the innocent trusting eyes

of pets and young children

for they are but that

treasured gifts clearly displaying

his purest unconditional love

reassuring us that we are indeed

dear, dear belongings of his

that he longs to have back

never question that

for it is promised by the voice of God

and his son

our eldest brother

Jesus Christ is all the proof we need.......
