we can not change history
but with advanced technology
we are able to precisely extract
valuable pieces from it
that will not harm the path of its
flow
he confessed to me so softly
and yet still I asked
how can that be
where has such past gone
after all it is/was my present
the future
an amazing prospect to eye
I'm so perfectly drawn into this
fantastic maze of
compartmentalized time
where uncertainty awaits
my anxiousness sings
where is he
the one I want to see
the one who has brought me forth
he actually whispered that I was
his fondest boy hood wish
come to life
when he thought I was sleeping
exhausted by the trip
with my head still spinning
he claims to know me and so well
better than anyone he has ever met
indeed
I crack an eye lash
just to get an unblurred peak at him
its amazing
the instant connection
I feel
for this authoritative austere man
sitting so expectantly before me
it sizzles
chronologically
why, I am much older than he
and yet physically
by sheer force of first sight
he has to have at least twenty
or more years on me
amazing
here I am
wherever that is
so terribly far from home
and yet
closer to what I've longed for
for so very long
come my equally amazed and austere
sir
you now own half the rights to whatever
is left of my newly altered future
our thoughts are but
a dance away..............
