work for a little while

burn up for a long, long time

looking to every polite offered smile

even more stupid

if it were possible

as you get up

with bright, cheery apple cheeks

a huffin and puffin

to waddle out of an overly

uncomfortable warm room

now filled with silently assessing

stone faced strangers

watching so curiously detached

after you

call it if you will

the natural enforcement of

humility on the obese............
