MEANDERING THROUGH THE ROMANTICS

pensive thou doth seem

yet more curious than

that famous character of Doyle's

yet I felt I madeth myself

an Irish spring clear

but thou ponders such words

a mysterious clover green

'twas  the muse in the march of

my words

that I sent off to flag as our middle ground

hollowed

and ye comes back apologetic and contrite

believing I have somehow misinformed him

of a pending Waterloo

hmmmph

well sir,

Napoleon ye are not

nor I your Duke Of Wellington

I and thy are more apt to be

kindergarten versions of Shelly and Byron

on holiday

in their letters

together

a fair share to say

ha

well then

care to pen us a row boat for a pond or two..................
