to be adept at verbal caginess
one must keep a firm upper lip
do not dodge such subject as say revolt
or the calculated quip
life is decadent enough as is
so we shouldn't make further mess
in which for others to future
scale and slip
into further mental meandering I shall
skillfully dip
off your haughty, handsome hide
I shall take due strip
do not rock my boat
or I'll sink your ship
of the timeless quarrels over who gets
the last say in matters informidable
we shall have to alas fairly flip......
