as if simplicity really mattered
in such duplicitous time
all the more frightening
long now aware that free lunches
were given away once
long long ago
well, the idea of them anyway
philosophicly though
modern society knows
such answer is skewed
men are but fish in a barrel
yet most notably
to GOD
such barrels are oceans
of spiritual possibilities
that span infinity
it is man who must choose his own view
at the shore line of free will
he must decide is he mere fish in a barrel
trapped
or is he more gloriously deep than a dolphin
gliding and soaring amid the vaste expanse and
mysteries of the forever bottomless blue......
