born unto the breed of kindness

upon the muse of a passionate glade

beauty stepped in waving her sword of ideas

as the world laid down upon its own

realities

to hear the trembling timber of Lord Byron

as he regaled his love's literate rage

such era of gallant savagery

once ravenously prevailed

poet and thinker

painter and scribe

gentleman

estates man

games keeper and

soldier to guide

all beat their breast wildly

at the foot of love's ash-ed ruin

unreconciled
