something wonderful is the man I loves pride
it's not destructive nor suggestive
yet nor is it something he's able to hide
he's worked so hard to get where he is
no one can top him in his line of biz
the more he speaks directly to me the more I love
I am merely the down fluff while he is the whole dove
someday soon I'll let him know
how all my feelings are saved up for him
now even more so
six days now it has been
and I have loved him a thousand times over in my head
since then
while in the car to North Carolina
he lay asleep in my lap
I could have cried from my shear happiness as he peacefully napped
I can think of no other when I am with him
not even my own dear sweet mother could walk into his mental picture's rim
he holds a very special place in my heart
why he's poetry in motion for me a fine work of art
to classify him is a hard shot to call
he is jack of few trades and master of all
dull boy to me he confessed he is not
that one simply made statement tells me quite a lot
Elizabeth Barret-Browning is famous for having once said , How do I love thee let me count the ways
I believe she would have been a better poet had it been she who fell for MCGuire in the Days (Inn)
Browning I may not be
but my love for MCGuire brings out the beautiful happy poet in me
tired I am now so really I must go
maybe I'll get lucky and dream of Mcguire in dream motions slow..........
