THE GAMESKEEPER

Folder:
JOURNAL #29

irregardless

of coquetry

triumph was

his desire's purchase

a mythical beast

named Folly

galloping onward

up afar

into the awaiting fields'

of escape

a sliver of a chance

too long abandoned now

from his former raw youth's

unbridled intent

clasped so breathlessly

to the bosom of what could

have easily conspired

luck he knew would never allow him

to long leave such trail of fire

for even in excited fear

his body glistened from

the ceaseless images

so rampent to be exercised

as such collision in his enraptured mind

was more alluringly graphic

than the hot dark illicitness

of betrayal
