of such liberal distraction

my own gentled Svenghali

you slake muse with humor

not action

a true gentleman's endeavor

unearthed by a prankster's folly

I see the light of your keen heart

in the strength of your demonstrated

caring

such undesguisable reaction

calls plaintively to me

a rapacious love want

so unique in its daring

is it fair to admit

I've not met

a man quite like my humble

jestered thee yet

and does such confession not further

commit me to address

such exchange we even wordlessly seem

to employ

so I bow to your acceptance

and accept your own lovely bend at a

clever rejoinder
