the course of water

is like the course of love

swift and steady

yet ever flowing

all the more stronger for it

to a much deeper pool

the ocean

so like one's soul

is ever constant in its role

that of the great accepter

of all the earth's orphaned waters

eventually

love

just like water

departs from one place

to be with its own kind

in another

'tis the way

such a simple equation

one of spirit

another of molecules............
