had one of those days today.

It was not a usual day,

It was a lucky day I rarely experience ~

Where the sky is cloudy, with rain falling,

And I got little sleep.

But I smile.

I smile all day without knowing why,

And found beauty in the cold fall rain.

These are the best days -

When everything was about to go wrong,

And I was about to break,

I had one of those days,

And I knew I would be okay.

I tend to get lost in my lows of life,

To the point where I have nearly given up hope of ever turning back.

And then I have one of those days.

The universe took a day to focus on me

To remind me:

Life goes on and I can carry on.

A day like this resurges me with life

And hope

And even temporary happiness.

I am so grateful for these days,

And I had one of them today.
