Yesterday talking about
What her ex boyfriend
Had done to her and
The painful ordeal
She lives daily
because of him.
She was with
Him for 7 or 8 yrs.
He abused her
In every way.
Well she got
The courage to
To say goodbye to him because
She couldn?t take it anymore.
One day he came by her work
He said hi to her friend!
Then called her name she said she?d be
With him in a sec. well she came
To speak with him even though
He wasn?t allowed to go close her she had
A Restraining order
Against him.
She was trying to nice
she didn?t even say hi before
He poured gasoline on her and lit her on fire.
Shockingly she survived
But thanks to him her life is forever changed!
Her whole body was burned after 17 surgeries
Some of damage skin is falling off
But her life will be the same I wrote
This poem to help get awareness
About abuse out.
If somebody is abusive to you it?s NOT okay
You might think they hit you to show you they
Love you! But BELIEVE me that isn?t
True. If you partner truly loves you
They want hurt they?ll protect you and keep you safe forever and always!!!
