Spasms



these heart

Throbbing pains

I get every now

And then. That sends

Monstrous  

And horrifying pains

Through my veins

Every second

I’m grabbing

My knees

Whimpering

In pain wishing,

Hoping, & praying

God will give me the

Strength to take the pain

Each time I’m bent

Over double in gut wrenching  

Pain!



It feels like a knife twisting

And sizzling away my carriage

And bone with every

Spasmsing pain that shoots

Through my veins

I feel like cutting

My flesh open  

Just so I won’t have to

Deal with no more muscle

Spasms and no more pain

For the rest of my days!
