A boy on an airbed goes in the sea
Laughing and joking and playing free
His mother says don’t go out to far
As she lays down in the shade beside her car
The boy swims and then decides to float
But the current takes him out to sea
Were the big fish are there swimming free
He feels the hot sun on his bare neck
He turns around startled he decides it`s time to swim back
But a shadow he sees from the corner of his eye
A glint in the water he is scared and starts to cry
A dark fin passes closely by
A slash and a bite and the airbed lets out a sigh
The boys in the water he`s done for as he cannot swim
He goes under twice his eyes going dim
His eyes go black locked open with fear
He now knows his death is near
He feels a pain in his leg and tries to scream
Please let this just be a terrible dream
He sees a red cloud all around him his face is white his eyes show fear
The dark shape come`s closer getting bigger as it draws near
Its mouth opens its teeth sharp and mean
Cuts though his waist cutting him clean
No word can help this lad no more
His lifeless body sinks to the clear ocean floor.
