Orchestra (The Mark Franklin Experience)

Folder:
Happy

I'm loving being happy,

I greet each dawn, and thank each dusk.

I'm finally moving forward,

Shaking off old cobwebs and rust.

I'm finally making progress,

My future's much less black.

My past is much less heavy,

Much less weight on my back.

I welcome each new morning,

Just waking up and breathing.

The pains these past 8 years brought,

Were like an infant teething.

I finally love the music,

That my own heart is playing,

I even love the lyrics,

That my own voice is saying.

A smooth and flowing lovesong,

With woodwind breaths and chord strum,

Replace the dark cacophany,

And rhythm of the war drum.

I finally love my orchestra.

My thankful heart is ringing.

I cuddle up with teddy bears,

While Abigail is singing.
