Because every new day brings a new set of worries,

The hassle of life puts us all in such hurries.

We're so focused on college, and wives and careers,

We're all looking forward, we fly through the years.

Tomorrow's on our minds, and yesterday in our memories,

As life's passing us all by, we're missing life's sceneries.

What do we do to avoid the blur that we live in?

When it's always so easy for us just to give in.



It's not that it's bad to be looking ahead,

And there's nothing wrong with wanting to be wed,

But, we have to realize that as our lives go on,

We have to focus on the days we're upon.



So, as we go on and begin one more summer,

Let's look at all, now, before, and forever.

Life gets so hard but we keep pushing on,

But what in your life will you be focused on?
