Yet again you make them meaningless
The words with such power become nothing but words
I listen to them from your lips every time they stop my heart
But yet again you’ve made them meaningless
You say them as a way to get me to do what you want
Yet they are empty and cold like your very heart
In the beginning you were scared to let tem out
Now I wish you would have never began to say them
I look in your eyes they are cold and blank
Every time you say I LOVE YOU it means nothing to you at all
Well I deserve more and I have a heart,
Just like those words I should a been gone from the start
Nothing you ever said to me was true
And now for my life I have to live with it too
The words you said were nothing more than that
And because I believed it now I feel lower than that
I loved so pure and true, but again it was nothing to you
I look back at the things we did and the time together
And it means nothing to you so that leaves it as a joke
And that joke is on me and now I truly see that I was nothing to you and never will be
Because Yet again you’ve made the three most powerful words a LIE.
