His hero holds his hand at night
To make sure that he'll be alright
She checks the closet and under the bed
To rid of the monsters that fill his head
She wipes away the tears he cries
And kisses away boo-boos, or at least she tries
Picks him up when he falls down
Makes him smile when he frowns
His hero stand so proud and tall
Helped him when he had to fall
She soothes his fears with gentle song
Tells him he's right when he feels wrong
Whos this hero that holds him high
Makes him bold, when he feels shy
Convinced him that he liked salami
Its no one else then his Mommy
