anger anger anger

    my heart chokes on it

these bitter weeds

    carve tiny holes of resentment



sprouting seeds

     of evil deeds



          suffocated

          intoxicated



forgetting all my prior needs

for forgiveness

     mercy grace



hatred hatred hatred

stings me in the face



one betrayal after another

hope smothered

      by my own brother

         recover



     restoRation

     through salvation



fill me with

the greatest magnitude

      of gratitude



no blame no shame



repent repent repent

time past is spent

        there it went



eternity is forever

never

let the sun

      go down on your anger



obey obey obey

do not delay



To the One who is Faithful and True

He will never betray you
