you are no better than the devil

luring him to
his undeserved death
the same way you
crucified me with your lies
your love was just a disguise
but the same way Jesus
rose from the dead
so will I rise
from the suicidal pit
you dug for me
they couldn’t hold Jesus
in the tomb
and neither can you hold me
as Jesus rolled away the stone
for Himself
so will He roll away
the one you put before me
