She sits in the dark

As she tears herself apart

She wonders why

She's the one to cry

This feeling I have inside

Is the reason I want to hide

Because you see

I'm not sure if you know me

I know you love me to death

And you see you've stolen my breath

but now you must know

My inner woe

For the girl you met

You must forget

For she wasn't me

You aske how can that be

Well the thing is that my mind

Is somewhere far behind

For it has been dark and dreary

And I had been really weary

But when you came near

You just so happened to banish my fear

So what your hearing

You shouldn't be fearing

For it's you whose stearing us

And I'm praying you don't give up
