I saw eternity today.
The sky was hurt by humans’ pain,
By things that people use to say.
It sent me tears by way of rain.
They pierced the sky with naked stars
And rushed to earth, they kissed my lips
And left me tender, velvet scars
Like fifty thousand crystal drips.
I saw them dying one by one,
But other tears have poured instead,
Until the rain has almost gone
Revealing sun of perfect red.
The innocence of harmless blue
Has lost itself. I tried to pray,
But there was nothing I could do.
Eternity has died today.
