Everybody said- look at that little girl

wide eyes leave me breathless, yeah

turn around and watch her run and play

everyone knows- she'll make it up there someday.



Later on she's crawling by

barely on her way, but she's dying on her feet, yeah

broken hearted, shattered soul

and calling out she says



Help me-I never wanted this

Save me-I need help out of this hole

I'm praying-don't leave me here alone

Help me-but she's all alone.



She's looking down at her feet

contemplating all the years, yeah

that everyone had so much faith

And every time she looks into herself

only thing she see's is...a mistake.



Everybody's looking down on her

you'd never know that she was once so great

pieces falling all apart and she lies down

tries to forget another bad day.



And she's falling, straight for the ground

and she doesn't even see it coming

time is ticking faster now

she's saying goodbye.
