Thoughtless clouds
Engulfed by dark shrouds
Flames of color burning as one
High above the clouds and into the sun
Wash away memories and forget the past
Into the shadows an outcast
Numb inside no words come to mind
Bliss to be blind
Sleep wide awake
Tired eyes will break
The sun and the moon trading places
Stars align shaping faces
The galaxy closes it's eyes
Sleeps until sun rise
And begins chasing the light
It fades with the night and burns with the day
But always forgets to get carried away
Sleeping deep inside
Hands are tied
No longer selfish I know I must be alone
Cutting the skin and cutting the bone
Out of the heat and into the fire
Dream about the future let it burn with desire
The shells cover the shore
An echo you cannot ignore
A shed of hope remains deep within
I don't remember where i end or begin
