There’s a reason for our dreams
And why our eyes are closed,
To keep us from reality
In a place that nobody knows.
A place where you’re on top
And the impossible proves untrue,
I am one hundred feet tall
And there’s nothing you can do.
There are reasons to imagine
And more to hope and think,
Picturing ourselves with smiles
That stay afloat and never sink.
This is where we find our special one
And you’re accepted for who you are,
We never get hurt here
So I am left without a scar.
Now we wake up having learned a lesson
That we were in a place of wish we wished,
It was also October 32nd
And that just will never even exist.
