Book I: Part II

It seems that people

Have more than one,

Obviously not real

Making an effort to run.

Convincing they are for

But then they go against,

As soon as you open the door

They’ll act like they’re your friends.

One half a smile

The other shows a frown,

Always in denial

Attempt to bring me down.

One always appears

While they try to hide the other,

Try and hide your tears

When its depression I bring you under.

Which side will I see?

When it’s time to face reality.

It will be a side one hates

But you must escape your second face.
