They say you must see it to believe it

but do we need it if we see it?

What I see is what I know

so now I'll let you read it.

They will not know you within

those that think they do,

because it is only your mind

that understands what is true.

It's always going to happen

that girl you want so close,

but we do not see clearly

and she'll never want you most.

It is those who think for themselves

that will find what they deserve,

just hope someone else relates

and doesn't live off what is heard.

It can be said that I never knew her name

but I truly loved her smile,

Just imagine having the chance

for that feeling to last awhile.
