The heart is fickle,
it wanders here and there,
always looking for excitement.
The mind is cautious,
it watches the heart,
standing guard, always protecting.
"Heart, why must you change so constantly?" said the concerned mind,
"Because love is everywhere,
I want to experience I all" the heart answered with a grin.
"Love is important, exciting, life giving,
but true love is not just in taking" the mind warned
"what would you have me do then...?" pondered the heart
With a grin the mind made his plea,
"Let us strive for harmony,
one love can sustain us for eternity,
and with shared focus our one connection will continuously multiply."
So it goes, with sound mind you might tame the heart,
as two work as one, everything and anything is achievable,
when heart and mind are aligned all is as intended to be.
