Devilish and devastating.
You’ve captivated my despair.
Darkened delusions creep through my lair.
They coil around me in the crushed velvet chair.
They slither around my skin
hissing and sneaking their way in.
Cold and wet sensations
numb with grief and lamentations.
The rain fell hard and the flood
brought the serpents in.
The winds have quieted down; warm winds suffocating me like sin.
Venom pools between my teeth.
My bite is much more fatal
my teeth much sharper
and my wickedness is much more darker.
It lives
It breathes
It hates
It’s powerful
wicked
cruel
It’s lower than the snakes.
