The day that mom ran
She had her life in plan
January 10th, of 04' she escaped her life
To never again strife
The only problem with her plan
Was that she ran with a 63 year old man
And left behind
Something that she will never find
She left not one, but two
Two girls that will entice their live's to their persue
Two girls that will grow up immensely
And remember how their mother ran from responsibility
She picked her path to lead
She's no longer a mother, she is freed
I am the one daughter
Who would walk on water
Just to have my mother
Be like any other
But she ran, escaped, and is now gone
The life she once had,
Can no longer be turned off or on
