Like a statue made of rock
born brand new
flying high as a hawk
But as time passes by
Every single thing shifts
I start to age
And edges all around me gradually chips
The sky starts to rain
Pouring out it's sorrow
Tears seep into my wings like there is no tomorow
Burdens i carry weigh me down
Looking below are the collected waters
Giving up, i fall and drown
Eventually my whole being was consumed
This is my last breath
I am doomed
Tides push me over and knock me out
Suffering all this abuse
Breaking away i crumble about
The tiny pebbles that had released from me
Start to become rounded
From the harsh forces of this sea
Theyve lost their original form
And forget what they once were
Changes have been made in this storm
In peices I remain
but for what i once were
Never will be the same
