Because I could not stop
Life chose to set up shop
It pushed and shoved
There was nothing left that loved
Because I couldn't stop
I was thrusted to the top
This was supposed to be my sign
And I ended on a decline
Because I couldn’t stop
I sat with this feeling of being dropped
It took her away
On that ONE day
Because I couldn’t stop
I ran around listening to hip-hop
I just didn’t stop for death
So death took her to lay at rest
