I felt the softness of your lips kiss my cheek



but I was alone in my room.



I felt your warmness as you held me tight



but I slept unaccompanied in my bed.



I heard your voice speak sweetness in my ear



but I was surrounded by silence.



I felt your body shield me from the cold



but I only had my blanket wrapped around me.



I fell asleep comfortably in your arms



but I woke up to it all being a dream.
