A Winter Scene

Picture Poems

The moon glows brightly;
The winter tree stands tall
Atop sturdy mountains,
Which will rise; yet fall; rise; yet fall.

Author's Notes/Comments:

"The moon glows brightly" forms a crescent moon, "The winter tree stands tall" forms a three-branched tree, "Atop" is directly under "Tall" for the tree trunk; "Sturdy Mountains, which will" forms the level ground, and "Rise, yet fall, Rise, yet fall," go in upside-down "V"'s, which form mountains with peaks.
