It's a fresh new morning; time to make a new start;
You can do something big or little with your mind or with your heart.
You might be tired; maybe yesterday was bad;
Maybe things have been happening to make you restless or sad.
Maybe you're in pain in your body or your brain;
Maybe life's been chaotic and has been driving you insane.
Maybe life is good, but it's all in your head;
Maybe you need rest; you need time in bed.
Maybe you're very dirty without energy to shower;
But, you still feel delighted by a flower.
Life is busy and confusing; it is clear;
That may be why you live in fear.
But, you communicate, and you write, and you love;
You believe there may be a heaven above.
So, hang in there; you are just crazy;
Which is better than watching TV all day and being lazy!
