Oh, Wouldn't It Be Lovely, Part 4

Folder:
Children's Poetry

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if you could draw a rosebud with a pencil,
And later, you saw all of the petals when you used a stencil.

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if you could make an empty vase,
And fill it with flowers with a smile on your face!

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if a pillow as hard as a rock
Were made comfortable with bath tissue and a sock.

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if a letter written in pencil; not pen
And if you made a mistake, you could erase and begin again.

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if you could draw a square;
By using a ruler beside your chair.
