Oh, Wouldn't It Be Lovely, Part 3

Folder:
Children's Poetry

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if a face with a frown on its mouth
Had its lips pointing north instead of south.

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if one fun bubble
Could turn into two; there would be double!

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if there was a cat;
And it cuddled with you whenever you sat.

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if you had a kitty;
And you brushed its fur so it would look pretty.

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if there were no television
To cloud our minds when we try to make a decision.

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if, when we got sick,
The cure would be a yummy lollipop to lick.

Oh, wouldn't it be lovely if there were a heart
That would never break or fall apart.
