Remembering
Now that you belong
to another plane of existence
i must admit
that i miss this
time when we would coexist
this
time when breathing each other
seemed to be
our only means for survival
A miraculous accident
caused you to trip
and land in my dimension
for a couple of seconds
right then
you dissappeared
but my eyes caught you
so i remembered...
memories of violent
passionate urges were triggered
memories of inner destruction
and inner reconstruction in your arms
were triggered;
i remembered
seeking asylum in your belly button trying
to protect myself from man's winter
27 years in the cold
can weaken a man's soul;
i remembered
winds blowing at tremendous speeds
walls screaming
crushed by the weight of need
two beings
holding on for dear life
silently witnessing pain's demise;
i remembered
muffled cries
when i realized
it was all over
you were kidnapped by life and shipped
to another plane of existence
so today i miss this
time when we would coexist
this
time when breathing each other
seemed to be
our only means for survival.
