The flowers on the coffin lid
The tears that fall right from her face
To know just what the casket hid
The answer to the "human race"
The grief she felt, the hurt inside
Unable to ease the pain
No matter how man times she cried
Or stood out in the pouring rain
To realize she'd caused all this
She burnt out, left home, fell apart
To wish just that one last kiss
She gave up with a broken heart
So now each day she comes to see
To see just what had come to be
She bared her soul for all to see
The pain she'd feel eternally
