I close my eyes to try to sleep tonight

But the thought of you still lingers in my mind.

So I’m up for another long night of no sleep.

I just can’t seem to get you off my mind.

Its not that I can’t sleep

Its just I can’t sleep with you here.

When my eyes close all I see is you..

Then I’m up again for a while.



Why do you seem to make me not tired?

What is it about you that does it?

Just the thought of you gives me goose bumps

And my heart feels complete again.

I don’t know how you do it.

My heart’s been broken so many times

But with you it seems to be complete.

Why do I stay up just to think about you?



What makes you different than all the others

And why can’t I just tell you how I feel?
